Film dispensing valves have the advantage of being able to handle challenging materials in continuous injection applications. These valves are designed for traceless dispensing of 1K liquids with low to high viscosity, filled or unfilled, abrasive or chemically reactive properties. The part of the structure is the pneumatic component of the separation valve and the integrated membrane of the metering component. As a result, only the valve head and membrane are in contact with the material, and the material channel can be easily flushed if necessary. The size of the hole is adjusted by stroke adjustment. The suction rotation mechanism can effectively prevent the material from dripping after the completion of shot peening. This valve is very easy to maintain.
