Needle metering valve is suitable for low to high viscosity media point applications. With this series, a small amount of 3 ml each can be excreted with high reproducibility and a short cycle time.

 

The valve consists of two structurally separate parts, which means that material does not leak into the drive cylinder or interfere with the movement of the valve needle. This feature makes the needle metering valve a very reliable and low maintenance metering equipment. The stroke size is determined by the volume of the valve chamber, which can be adjusted within a predetermined range using stop screws. The metering cycle can be controlled pneumatically by the solenoid valve or electrically by the solenoid valve.
